Supplements & Diets
OK, This goes out to the ladies who've had miscarriages and are now (or subsequently became) pregnant (and it stuck). Other than acupuncture which I hear a lot about, what other supplements, vitamins, or diets were/are you on?
TIA!

Re: Supplements & Diets
I have a friend who had multiple mc and went gluten and dairy free and gave birth to gorgeous twin boys.
I think I have low progesterone/short LP (which may or may not have contributed to my loss) but I started taking vitamin b6 and upped the dose from 50mg to 100mg per day after my mc. I read it may also give increased energy and help with morning sickness and its sold over the counter. I figure it can only help...

Re: Supplements & Diets
I take a baby aspirin every day, and a prenatal vitamin that has folate instead of folic acid (I have MTHFR). I do acupuncture and I did fertility yoga every day (Restoring Fertility by Dr. Brandon Horn) I cut out most of the gluten and sugar in my diet (I wouldn't say I was completely gluten free, but close to it. I still occassionaly ate whole grains.) I used honey as a sweetener and did eat natural sugar (fruits, etc.) I am 13 weeks pregnant. I don't know if doing all those things helped, but they did get my mind in a better place and helped me feel better about myself and more in control of my body.

Thanks!!! I'm trying to reduce my gluten (I'm a carb-a-holic to begin with and need to reduce to lose the weight I want anyway).
