so, what does a girl with GD eat since she's supposed to be gaining weight? well, tons of veggies, whole grains, and fruits.... but I feasted on veg and whole grains last night and boy did my digestive system rebell this afternoon.

at any rate, my better sensibilities say I should be low fiber for the rest of the day. I had yogurt followed by an omlette, but now I'm craving all of these sweet or high carb /high fiber things I haven't eaten in weeks... like cereal, chocolate.... Chat Icon
