suprise 40th bday

work is slow... so i thought i'd ask.

i've started toying with the idea of having a BIG suprise 40th bday party for dh. he's a big beatles fan!!!

so i thought of a themed bday party.

this is what i've come up with, so far:
*beatles tribute band (which i have a "connection" for)
*have the guests dress in "period" clothes
*using john lennon's song... dessert would be "strawberry fields"... so it would be a dessert buffet

that's all i have

any ideas, comments, thoughts, suggestions????

i need help with decorating, menu, invites
