Supt Conference Days
I know every district is different but what I should expect for the next two days?
Is it still dress like its a day I am teaching or are these more casual?

It's a lot of meetings.
Did you get a schedule for the day/s?
I would wear something a little more casual than a teaching day.

you have two days of sup conferences?? wow... i would just dress similar to what you wore to the new teacher orientation... not sloppy, but no suits either... just business casual i guess... since you are new you also want to make a good first impression, but not be the crazy lady dressed in the full suit either...

We only have one day in my district.
First we have a union meeting before everything else begins.
We have a big welcome back time with all the staff in the district. We have speeches from the superintendent, asst. superintendent, PTA president, and others.
Then we meet with our directors. Then meet at the building level w ith our building principal. Then we have time to work on our classrooms and get ready to start school on Wed.

same here, except our union meeting is after the speeches, but before people return to their individual buildings.
dress code - my district seems very formal compared to the rest, I know untenured teachers are instructed to wear suits (and many tenured teachers wear them). 30+ weeks preggo I don't fit into any of my suits, so I'm going with a nice top and pants.

we just havea faculty meeting, sign out our IEPs and 504's and basically get ready for the kids coming on Wednesday. EASY!

9-945- faculty meeting
10-255- dept meetings, finish rooms, lunch

Mine is only one day. Morning is meetings galore and then after lunch we usually head to our rooms.
I dress professional/casual bc im usually setting up my room etc and want to be comfy
