Surgery to remove fibroids? IVF and Fibroids?
Recently discovered fibroids during lap surgy, any advise- should i have them surgically removed or keep everything as is and try to get pregnant?
Can i still do ivf w/ fibroids?

I recently found out I have a fibroid, 7cm on the outside of my uterus, for me my dr and I have decided against surgery. It is not effecting the uterine cavity at all and my dr (and the 2nd opinion I got) feel it would be more risky to my fertility to have the operation. I have other things going on that caused my 2 mc's so we are starting with treating those. There are different scenarios for everyone though.

I have a small one. My previous doctor would not let me do IVF unless I had surgery for it. I got other opinions and was told not to do the surgery. Like the PP, it was too risky. I have since switched doctors.
