Survived my First appointment....
Well I did it, and it was SO worth it. I got to see my lil' ones heart beat and he/she even moved for us..it was an unbelievable experience. I've seen it before w/ my sisters and stuff, but when it is yours it is just an awesome feeling. Everything looks great and I go back oct. 27th. Thank you all so much for your support, you are the greatest.

Glad to see everything went well. You should be proud of yourself!!!
For the first time moms, As we are about to be parents, we all need to grow up a little more and face all our fears and concerns- that way we will be the best parents we can be! With every fear and challenge we overcome, we become stronger, wiser and on the road to being even better parents than we already have the capacity to be!!

That is SO true. I am brave because I know it is all for my baby, it is amazing...i can not even put into words the fear of Dr.'s I have and I do it knowing it is Not for me, but for my lil' bean.

Being a good parent requires so much maturity! its sometimes overwhelming. I think I am in the older end of this group (29) and in so many ways I still feel like I still have lots of maturing to do to be a great parent. But I know that I am devoted to this enough, and it is important enough to me, that i can do it.
