Sweaty head, but cool body?

I know this is a weird question, but does anyone's kid have sweaty head, but cool body while they're sleeping? Lately when I check on my DS his head is drenched, but his body feels cool and the rest of him isn't sweaty.

yes, my daughter always has a sweaty head - cool body during the first stages of sleeping. She's been doing that since birth basically and she's 3.5 now.

Hmm. It's only during the past week that i've noticed it. Maybe he's been like this all along, but I'm only just noticing it now because he finally has a little bit of hair!
