The little guy in the cartoon reminds me of my Jett. He's always laying with me.

My dog is not a shelter dog but I can tell you right now that if I didn't have him, HE WOULD be in a shelter. He is very hyper, barks alot, very nervous, high energy, nippy/bitey, and not great with kids. We know if most other people had him, they would surely have thought he was insane and he would be in a rescue or a shelter right now. I am sure. And he is always laying on us, in bed with us, etc. So this really touches my heart.
