Swelling and pain- what can I do?
Since it's gotten warmer my feet and hands are swollen. Recently my heels hurt when I walk too much and whatever hip I'm laying on at night starts to hurt after a while. Is there anything I can do?

Drink LOTS of water. Try to keep your feet elevated (above your heart) whenever possible. And do you sleep on a body pillow or pregnancy wedge?
