swollen feet/leg pain
so the past couple days my feetsies have been sore and swollen. My legs also really hurt like starting behind my knees and like down my calves.
anything i can do for this pain??

i can barely walk by the end of the day... the whole keep your feet up thing is not really a viable option for me most of the time. i'm about to put a bucket of ice water under my desk.

yeah it's hard at work to keep my feet elevated.

Keep drinking as much water as you can. Can you put something under your desk at work that would elevate them while you are sitting?
