Synergy in Franklin Square
Any one have any feed back ? I'm thinking of joining. I'd be going in the mornings..is it crowded at like 6am ish ?

I use to be a member a couple of years ago...until I moved out East. I LOVED that gym. I went early in the mornings and was great. Then after work I went to a class here and there.

When I used to live there I belonged to that gym. I LOVED it! It did get pretty crowded at that time though
