Tae Bo question...

I want to get a Tae Bo DVD to do at home days I can't get to the gym. What's a good one to start with? There seem like there are a ton of options--Boot Camp, Contact, Total Body Workout...

Re: Tae Bo question...

I know I've been doing the Tae Bo 8 minute every morning before work and I can definitely feel it! Maybe try taking some out at the library and see which one works for you (before you buy)?

Re: Tae Bo question...

I have the tae bo live and just bought PowerRounds series from Ebay. I think they are both great workouts. I agree with Ambersmom and maybe rent them from the library to see how you like them.

Beth, I want to order a dvd, but I don't want to pay shipping, but I don't want another dvd. If you go over a certain amount you don't pay shipping. Do you want to see if you like anything on the site I am thinking about ordering my dvd?

Here is the website:

http://stores.justaboutfitness.com/-strse-Cathe-Friedrich/Categories.bok

If the total is over $40 you don't have to pay shipping. I want to order:
Cathe: Low Impact Step
Bonus: Total Body Sculpting

Let me know if you see anything and if you do we can order it together and get free shipping.

Re: Tae Bo question...

If you decide to buy, I saw some tae bo DVD's at Sam's Club and Costco a couple of weeks ago. Don't remember the exact price, but I thought they were very reasonable.

I ordered the bootcamp DVD and honestly didnt like it. I use an old video called Advanced TaeBo "Getting Ripped" and like that one the best. It came w/ a Basic Workout thats 30 minutes.

Ebay usually has good deals.

yes, getting ripped is a good series...I don't like the bootcamp tapes either. the only workout I do is Tae Bo and it is amazing...it is a great total body workout...I have aboutg 30 tapes that I rotate.
