Taking prenatal with milk ...... nauseous!?!

Taking prenatal with milk ...... nauseous!?!
First of all........ I'm back from my 10 day vacation!! 
I started taking my prenatals in the morning and its been fine but the last 2 days I took with with a big glass of milk. I was on my prenatals for the last 6 months (and currently almost 14wks pg) ..... and the only time it made me nauseous was when I took it on an empty stomach.
Could taking it with milk make you sick too or is this just a coincidence?  
I haven't felt nauseous like this in a while!

I have never taken it with milk. But it was making me nauseous on an empty or not quite full stomach. So I started taking them at night before I went to bed with water.

I usually take mine at night with either water or milk and never get nauseous.
ETA: I would always get nauseous when I took them in the morning... I highly recommend taking them right before you go to sleep.

Hope you had a great vaca!! ... I think it's a coincidence you got nauseous. Milk is usually a good thing to have with pre-natal vitamins.
