Talk to me about Disney...
We just found out that we are going in the beginning of May and I have NO idea where to start.
MIL is graciously taking us and has spoken to a travel agent but I am a planner by nature and definitely need to do my own research before we book.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated - as well as must see/do and what not to bother with. DD's are 2 and 4.
I feel like there isn't a lot of time to look into everything (not that I would even know where to start!) and am feeling very overwhelmed!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Talk to me about Disney...
Magic Kingdom is a must and so is a Character Breakfast for DC's that age. For DC's that age you can skip Islands of Adventure (mostly rides for older kids/adults).
Have fun!

Re: Talk to me about Disney...
We took DS at 22 months and 36 months. He loved it both times
Depending on how long your trip is I would recommend 2 days in MK. DS loves Epcot there are some good kiddie rides but not a ton however eating here is plentiful! 1/2 day in Animal Kindgom if you kids like animals. DS could spend all day just petting the goats! But he enjoys the Safari and Bugs Life rides as well.
Eating: First Trip DS hated the character meals but we did a few anyway
Crystal Palace (MK) is a nice buffet with Pooh Characters, even with a res though we waited more than 30 minutes.
Princess Lunch in Norway (Epcot) great! Food was good, you get a pic with Belle included with your price, they also had Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Ariel there and they came around to each table.
Character Breakfast in Cape May Cafe (Beach Club) really good buffet, we did it our last day this trip and really enjoyed it.
Breakfast at Ohana (poly hotel) also really good, but we couldnt get res this time.
Other options - non character) Boma (animal Kingdom Lodge) african themed buffet but they had SOO much the kids found plenty to eat!
Morraco (Epcot) we go here every trip and love it they have belly dancers that bring the kids out too!
ETA: Go on the disney website and start making reservations NOW as alot of them book up quickly!
