talking about cooking in bulk and freezing stuff.....

I made the world's largest veggie lasagna (very little noodles and tons of spinach, eggplant, and cheese.... so it's gestational diabetes friendly!) today. It was a joint effort for me and DH....

I also made 7 liters of homemade sauce... 1/2 will be frozen down for the fall

it's coming out of the oven at around 10pm


won't have to cook until thursday!
