Target Pictures - I am sooo mad!
a week or two ago, i took DD to target on my day off for pictures. I waited over an hour despite having an appt. Regardless, they got great shots and i was thrilled.
Fast forward to last night when i get a call from Target telling me that their film was damaged at the lab!!!!!! and asking when they can reschedule me....
i am so beyond annoyed right now, we are away next week and no one has any openings left for the holidays.
The pics had come out so cute too.

ITA, and they should give you somethign to compensate for your loss in time. They should give you free something. When DH and I sat for our engagement photos, the photographer ended up deleting them and we found out a few months later, so we got free stuff in compensation for our wedding photos.

Same thing happened to us, I got the phone call yesterday and I was so angry, she fit us in on Friday at 8:40 a.m., I made such a big deal how I go to them so much, and we waited for over an hour, when we were suppose to be the first appointment, then they decided to open early that day.. I would call them back..

i just got off the phone with them. They are fitting me in on friday, but they said "please anticipate some waiting". umm, gee thanks, because the hour and 15 minutes i waited last time was not enough.
of course, i'm working so DH has to bring her, so i can only imagine what she is going to look like

I had a really bad exerience with them too. The one pic that I got came out great and have to pic them up next week.
Well, I had a 12:30 appointment and didnt get in till 1:15
They took a walk in over everybody else and was quite P I S S E D!!!!!
She came an hour before and no one was there and her one boy was crying, so she offered to come back and then she waited and got mad that she was waiting and then they took her.
I dont think I will be going back...she shoudl have waited till all the appointments went, or came back, or made an appointment

What target did you go to? I went ton Friday and there was not a soul in there we went right in and out in 15 minutes.. We went to Bayshore Target.. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience i would tell them you arent payingthis time and you want your $ back. The entire thing should be FREE

I hate that lady that works there also....I guess she is the manager of the portrait studio....she is an a$$
anyway i called the target studio main #(I guess corporate) and all they did was 3 free sheets big deal do they know how much work it was for me to get my 3 kids ready have my mom drive a half hour to meet me listen to my children whine and complain
then change them into different outfits etc
they should have refunded my money and gave me the pics for free
