Tax break for energy efficient home improvements

I know we cutting it close to the wire, but we got our taxes last night. Did you know that if you installed energy efficient windows or doors, or insulated your house in 2007, that you can get a tax break?

Just thought I'd share if it can help anyone

Yes! Worked out to be about 10% of what we spent on the window, door and insulation Chat Icon

Hey, every little bit helps though, right? Chat Icon

I didn't know that, and I wonder if I had known and asked the previous owners give me proof, if that would have transferred to me after closing... Chat Icon
