Tdap during pregnancy
Did everyone get the whooping cough vaccine while pregnant? I haven't yet at 35 weeks, wasn't told I had to but now I've heard from many that you should!

Tdap during pregnancy
First pregnancy in 2013 the CDC rec was to get it after delivery. I got it in the hospital.
Second pregnancy in 2015 CDC rec changed to get it at the end of pregnancy bc the baby will get the antibodies in utero. So that's what I did.

I got it. I was told it passes on to the baby so I did it.

You can get it from a CVS minute clinic as well.
I got it during both my pregnancies. The last one I got just a few days ago and I was 33 weeks.

Got it this evening from my primary! I'm so surprised my OB doesn't give it and doesn't make sure you get it. I'll likely be scheduling my c section next week but hopefully the babies will benefit!

I'm 2013 both dh and I got it at the hospital when baby was born. My dr said this time dh and I will get it when I'm around 36w at her office.

My OB doesn't give it either. In fact, when I went to CVS to get it, they wouldn't give it either- they gave me a syringe and told me to have my doctor do it!  So weird. So I got it from CVS and my OB administered it, but her office just doesn't carry it. Glad you were able to get it!

my OB recommended DH and I Both get it. I got mine at 28 weeks i think? and she said DH can get it whenever, and can even get it in the hospital.
and I am glad i saw this post - bc i reminded me that he still hasnt gotten it! haha
