Teacher Appreciation Gift
What are you doing? How many should I get?
DS is 11 months and in the infant room at daycare. I know his two main teachers and then there's a few floaters that are here and there.
I was thinking cute flower plants or something. What about the assistants?
Thanks!

When is it?
It is this week. My understanding is that it is the whole week.
I am just making mini cupcakes for all the teachers. I will probably make regular sized ones for the teachers in the rooms that DS and DD are in, then mini ones for the rest of the staff.
All of the rooms have different colors, so if I am up to it tonight, I might tint all the frosting to match each classroom. We will see how much energy I have!

Re: Teacher Appreciation Gift
I am doing gift cards-I figure that or cold hard cash is the way to go.
I'm getting $25 for the teachers (2 in DDs room and 2 in DSs room). I'll get $10 cards for the floaters that I see regularly.

Re: Teacher Appreciation Gift
I think I am going to send in cookies on Friday. Either that or an Edible Arrangement.

That's great! I could never do that or else we would go broke. DS has 3 teachers in his room and DD has 5 in hers. Plus floaters...

same reason why I'm not doing GC's. Too many teachers. I think maybe plants and cookies for the floaters. Can't bring in made food b/c of allergies. It has to list the ingredients
