I went for a trial class tonight and OMG it kicked my butt. It was awesome though and I can't wait to go back.

The site looks nice; I must find more about it. I like it till now. But since its military inspired, I am wondering that it might be tough to go through it.

Also I live in Seaford. It seems a little far for me.

This sounds great though.
they have a class every hour except for a few hours in the afternoon
it's a little far for you- but I think they are opening another one further west
