Teeth growing in sideways?????
I haven't seen it for myself, but Gavin's teacher said it seems one of his top molars seems to have broken through on the side first and is very swollen, which explains his crankiness, which we already knew. DH has to look toinight which is gonna be a huge ordeal, but is this common or an indication that it may be growing in incorrectly?
Already DH is talking about calling the dentist and oral surgeons...he's an unbelievable hypocondriac.....
Advice anyone?

Re: Teeth growing in sideways?????
yes as far as I know it's normal, DD had that too , but once the tooth was completely out it was fine. It's also normal for teeth to look crooked or spaced too far apart, but as they get more teeth they'll get straight in most cases. You can't really tell just yet, you have to give it some time and wait for more(or all) teeth to come in. If you are really concerned I would bring it up at the next dr's visit.
