teething/2 year molar symptoms...
DD is getting her molars and i'm assuming that is why she is waking up at 5AM or even earlier on occassion???
anyone else's child get up super early when teething? how long can this phase possibly last?
or do I need to give her a later bedtime??

Re: teething/2 year molar symptoms...
I can't say I am up at 5 - but I can tell you that I am up until or at 2 some nights.
DD definitely has sleeping issues with her molars coming in
It could be - she doesn't want to go in the crib, or we have to rock her to sleep or sit on the couch with her until she falls asleep. Some night she goes to sleep on her own. other not.
Some night she doesn't sleep through the night others she does.
But when she does sleep, she is a late sleeper.
So we are the opposite, I can't get mine to bed and yours gets up too early

honestly not really sure how long it has been. She got sick 12/31 - she had a really high fever and a cold. I think it started then. her bottom teeth have broken through, but I don't know how much, cause she won't let me in her mouth So I don't know if it has been all because of her teeth, her being sick - or her being a typical 19 month old that doesn't want to go to bed.
The other night she didn't go to bed until 12:30-1:00 (I don't know what time, cause I went to bed and DH dealt with it) And last night she cried herself to sleep about 11:15
She usually goes to bed at 9:00-9:30

I could have written both of your posts word for word except DD had an ear infection in november and its been a nightmare ever since. She used to sleep from 8pm - 8am and now its a new story every night. I don't wish it on anyone but its nice to know I am not alone!
