Teething and giving Tylenol question.
Okay i might sound stupid, but im still new to being a mommy. I took Sammie to peds and they confirmed she was teething and i could give her tylenol if i want. My question is when do i know if i should give it to her. Shes not napping and trouble sleeping at night, but shes not crying. shes just babbles away and whines, but not crying.
How do you know if your child needs tylenol?
two weeks ago she just started sleeping through the night and the day after Baptism she started waking up again every 3 hours. I been feeding her, and then she will adventually fall back to sleep. My sister said i shouldnt feed her, b/c she will get into the habit of waking up to eat, when she doesnt need to. Should I be giving her the tylenol instead? Im sooo confused.
eta: also do you give tylenol all day, or just at bedtime?

Re: Teething and giving Tylenol question.
when my DS first tooth came in, I only gave him tylenol once. He was still able to sleep through the night, so I am not sure how to handle that. But my trigger was that he was incredibly miserable and had a slight temp. luckily he just needed that one dose (next morning tooth had popped through)
Second tooth did not bother him as much, and I guess we have yrt to see about the rest.
