Teething question

DD has been miserable the last few nights. I see 4 bubbles on top, so I'm guessing 4 are coming at the same time. She didn't get the bubbles on her bottom teeth, just a red mark and they came in. So my question is, how soon after those bubbles do they come in? I feel so bad for her.
