Teething relief
Grahm is teething, and seems really uncomfy the past couple of days.... Any ideas on how to offer this poor guy some relief?

Re: Teething relief
My DS loves his Sophie the giraffe teether & the razberry teether........I know a lot of people recommend the teething tablets, but they didn't work for us---at night if he is really bad I give him tylenol before bedtime-----a cold washcloth or a frozen mini bagel also help! GL!

Re: Teething relief
ah, love the frozen bagel idea!
Yeah, I picked up some of those teething tablets today -the humphrey brand without really reading the box. I got home and then noticed one of the ingredients was coffee seeds?! I'm sooo not going to try them out before bed. Is this a common ingredient in those things?
Does Motrin work better then tylenol? I gave him that tonight, and he's already cried out in his sleep once... poor baby :(

Re: Teething relief
Tylenol does not touch teething pain for DD. The only thing that helps at night is the motrin. I use the hyland's tabs and don't know if they have coffee seeds or not but they definitely help. Oragel also helps. We use a frozen waffle but the bagel is a good suggestion.

Re: Teething relief
I use Hyland's teething tablets.... no coffee in that. When it's really bad, I'll either give her Tylenol or now b/c of her age & weight, I'll give her Motrin.
ETA: I meant I give her the Tylenol or Motrin along with the Hylands.

Re: Teething relief
We use the hyland teething tablets, but you have to give it to DC all day for it to really work and if she is really bad a little tylenol.

Re: Teething relief
you can also take a wet washcloth and put it in the freezer and have them chew on it.
