Tell me about the NUK bottles?

Im thinking of buying them. right now my ds doesn't seem to latch vert well on the platex nipples or the smaller dr. brown nipples.

i have not heard good things about them and wouldn't use them with Emma.

my sister in law's sister is a speech therapist and she has said something about the sucking with those specific nipples/paci's is MUCH easier - causing the child to have to work LESS...causing speech delays or something along those lines.

for exact info - i'd have to ask my SIL...but due to this info - we never used them.

they are the only bottle which dd (who has a high palate and therefore stunk at bfing with...) uses...she uses them reverse though withe "flat" side up ...they're not super easy to find (Target and walmart carry them and some supermarkets but thats about it!)

ironically, she doesn't like the binkys by them,,,

DS is mostly BF'd and likes these the best-so did my DD. haven't had a problem but DD was off bottles by nine months and HOPING that my DS will be too!i think they liked them bc they are NUK paci addicts! DD has no speech delay etc...
