Not sure what our family situation will be in a few years, so we can always get bigger.
We got a realllllly good deal.
Just wondering about your answer as it seems to be what a lot of people say when ask why they leased. Wouldn't it be more advantages to purchase a car with a 3 year payment then to lease for 3 years? This way you can just trade in your paid car for a newer car? I too am trying to understand whyE leasing would be better.

What are you going to purchase that's an affordable 3 year payment compared to a 3 yr lease though? There's usually an option to buy at the end of the lease. I had intentions to buy at the end if my last lease and thankfully I didn't purchase and leased instead because my very expensive SUV had major tranny issues and after a certain amount of mileage my warranty was void.

I love leasing.
I get a new car every 2-3 years.
Sure I have a payment but I don't have to worry about an older car that needs repairs
I drive a Ford Focus. Love that car.
ETA: Finance payments would be more than lease payments too.

I like not having to worry about car repairs, or with the pain of trying to sell a car when we are looking to get a new one. As long as you can stay roughly within 12,000 a year which we can, we love leasing.
