Tempers...I'm so confused...
So I had a PEAK reading on my CBEFM yesterday and today. I got up earlier today to BD so I took my temp earlier.
Normal time: 6:50am Yesterday: 97.52 Today: 97.68 (6:00am)
When I use the FF temp adjuster it says I should use 97.81, however just for the goof I temped at 6:50 after getting up and bding and it went down to 97.5 (I did it twice!!) So which temp should I use?
Also, why would my temp be going down? Is this normal? I thought my temp should start rising at this point.
TIA!!!
Here's my chart if that helps

Re: Tempers...I'm so confused...
If your 6am temp was 97.68 and yesterdays was 97.52 you ARE going up..
I would DEFintly not use the temp AFTER Bd, becuase it would never be accurate.. I think if you would of taken it at 6;50am without bd'ing it might have been a tiny bit higher but... if you use the 97.68 its still higher then yesterday so I wouldnt care to much..

Thanks Jodi!
I was actually curious why my temps went down after BD'ing (from 97.68 to 97.5) I would assume the activity would cause it to be higher.

ohhhh... well how weird is this.. the later in the morning or day I take my temp the LOWER it gets.. For example by temp now is like 97. something but this morning it was over 98...
I know it should be the opposite but its not for me..maybe its not for you either..

Re: Tempers...I'm so confused...
Any activety will change your temp, could go higher, could go lower, depends on how much activity and then how much rest. 50 minutes difference in normal temp taking time is really not that big of a gap. I would use the FF adjustment for sure!
