Temping Question
Is it normal that my temps range from 96.5 - 96.8 ...usually on the lower side. On the chart the lowest is 96.9...do I just circle that temp?

Re: Temping Question
Mine have always been low. According to Randine Lewis(she is a trad. Chinese medicine Dr and an OB/GYN) this MAY indicate a progesterone deficiency. Do they go up and least .4 degrees after O?

This is my first month charting..I'm on CD 19 and the temp hasn't gone up yet. I have a 40-41 days cycle.
