Temping Question (please don't laugh)
I will warn you now, I have NO clue what I am doing when it comes to temping but I figured I'll just give it a shot. Not sure if this means anything but here goes...
Last night before I went to bed my temp was 98.0, I woke up it was the same just checked it again and it's 98.2.
Not quite sure if the temps above mean anything, if so please tell me.
How often should I temp and when is the best time?

You are only supposed to temp first thing in the morning, before doing anything else.

Should it be the same time or before getting out of bed regardless of what time it is?
I usually sleep late on the weekends, just curious...

It is supposed to be the exact same time everyday and it MUST be before you get out of bed. I highly reccomend the book "taking charge of your fertility". It describes in detail how to temp and the benefits of temping.

Like other posters have said, it should be taken at the same time every morning - before you get out of bed. I set my cell phone to 7a and just roll over to take the temp...and then fall back to sleep (on the weekends).

also you shouldn't use a regular thermometer, you should be using a basal body thermometer
