Temping Timing
I know that you are supposed to temp first thing in the morning, before you get up. My problem is, my alarm goes off at 6:50, and that is when I temp. But the alarm also goes off between 4:30-5:30 because that is the time that DH wakes up. I am the one that hits the snooze or shuts it off. Should I be temping at that time? Thanks!

Actually the time you should temp is the time when you first wake, if you wake, shut off an alarm and go back to sleep, it definitely can alter your temps.
I would go with the first waking time...especially since it's consistent and you are doing that on a daily basis.
