Tennis Balls?
I have seen that many of you are packing tennis balls in you hospital bag.
How exactly are using them?
Does DH take one ball and roll it on yur back or those he roll more than one on my back?
I know its a dumb question but I am not sure how we are suppose to use them?

Thank you for asking this - I got them and figured I would ask the nurses but I think they are for counterpressure but not sure how exactly you are supposed to use them either.

Yeah we put a pack of three and are gonna pack it in my back, but not sure what to do with them.

LOL you really only need one, unless DH is an octopus!!
He rolls it against your back while you are having contractions to relieve some of the pressure. Hands work OK too, just that tennis balls are easier to manuver.
