Teresa and Joe giudici in court right now
Is anybody else as curious as I am to see how this turns out? I think it's crazy if they don't get a steep sentence and jail time.
Are there any updates?

I know they should probably do time, but I feel bad for them too...

I know they should probably do time, but I feel bad for them too...
Maybe not today but I hope so. I think it might be today.
I don't feel bad for them for a second. They knew what they were doing all these years breaking the law. I do feel bad for their kids though. Look at the example they are setting for them.

harsh reality for Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice. As expected, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars pleaded guilty to several mortgage and bankruptcy fraud charges on Tuesday, March 4.
According to NJ.com, the spouses were asked by U.S. District Judge Esther Salas if they admitted their guilt and Teresa and Joe both replied: "Yes, your honor." The Giudices were reportedly both composed during their court appearance while pleading guilty to several counts of bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes. They are scheduled to be sentence on July 8.
The Bravo reality stars were charged in a 41-count indictment on various fraud and tax charges back in July. They originally pled not guilty to two charges in November, but an insider confirmed to Us Weekly on March 1 that the couple arranged a plea agreement.
"The couple will plead guilty to several but not all 41 of the charges, and both will appear in court on Tuesday with their lawyers," a source told Us at the time.
NBC New York reports that Joe, 43, faces 37 to 46 months in prison, while Teresa faces 21 to 27 months. The couple are parents to four daughters: Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5.

I feel bad for their girls.
What would be completely ironic is if both of them wind up and jail and Melissa and Joe Gorga take custody of the kids.

I hate to even say it but I sort of hope she gets jail time too. It sends a message out there that you can't always get away with things. And I know if I did what she did my a@@ would have been thrown in jail. I am sick of people constantly getting slaps on the wrist or hearing it's a non violent crime.

I think it was in one of the WWHL's with Joe and Teresa and Joe said his sister would get the kids.
