Terrible back pain
Can anyone else relate? Im 30 weeks and it's terrible. I can't sit, stand, sleep - nothing. It's terrible.

I had some back pain when I was pregnant and I went to physical therapy. The PT helped a lot! Maybe your doctor can refer you to PT.

i have had bad back pain this whole preg. i started getting massages and that helped for awhlie...not anymore at 38wks though...i would rec. some type of therapy for your back though just to relieve some of the pain!

we have a shiatsu massage chair in the house, and the doc was totally ok with me using it.... so i go in it every other night....

I'm 19 weeks and my sciatica is killing me. I tried walking for about 10 minutes yesterday on the treadmill... OMG it made it so much WORSE! DH had to rub my back and I wanted to cry. Every time I put pressure on my right foot I want to scream. Bending's fun too!
