Terrible headaches
My head has been pounding for 3 days now. Its like one of those tension/full head headaches.
First i thought it was the lack of sleep. But even when i nap, i wake up w/ it. DH said it could be hormonal. I think he may be right.
DId anyone experience this? I take Tylenol but i dont wnat to do that all the time bc im BFing

Re: Terrible headaches
did you have an epi? Could definitely be from the epi.
ETA: could also be hormonal.
Id call your OB, they can probably help.

Re: Terrible headaches
Im not sure. If could def be your hormones though....I get migraines and they are definitely hormonally triggered. Try and tylenol with a can of coke. If you can, lay down with an ice pack too!

Re: Terrible headaches
Sounds just like what I had!!! Check out my birth story!!! If your blood pressure's normal you might have what i had, which was solved by GATORADE, and my own ob didn't give me that fix, a nurse did!!

Re: Terrible headaches
My SIL had this from the epidural and because it was so bad she actually went natural for her next 2 kids. I would try calling your OBGYN and see what they say.

It could still be form the EPI call your DR. Also since you are BFing you need to drink TONS AND TONS of water especially with teh heat on now because you can be getting dehydrated. Headaches are the first sign of dehydration
Feel better

Re: Terrible headaches
I got bad headaches when I went back on the pill, so I was chalking yours up to hormona, but it can't hurt to call your OB. Do you have a 2 week follow up this week for yourself?
