i know so many friends that have this ufortunate virus and it is so scary - i think every state should follow along!

I had HPV that turned into cervical cancer when I was 21. Over 10yrs ago. I was going through a 'dry spell' of nearly two years (what can I say, I was happy and single). I was MORE than shocked when I was told the news. I had to tell my father I had cancer 3 months after he lost his own mother to cancer

I wish I this option. I'm grateful mine was found early and the removal wasn't a biggie... the follow up for years was a little harassing and the whole thing was embarassing and hard on my confidence.

I have a younger sister and I tell her constantly to take care of herself. I hope no one has to go through what I did and a simple series of shots is SOO worth it.

I think it's a great idea, but I wonder what kind of kickback the govenor is getting from Merck
