Thank you everyone! We are HOME!!
Thanks everyone!!! I cannot believe how in love I can be with someone!!!
So anyway... Thanks Jen for updating everyone.... as most of you know Wed morning I had an appt with the Peri.. at Good Sam... So I got there 10 am.... they started taking vitals blah blah blah.... they went over records... my BP was HIGH!! Few minutes later they called over and got my 24 hr Urine results= NO good!! I had a sono... baby looked good.. fluid was a little low. Dr El Kady came in and went over everything with me.. checked fluid and sono again and said well ... you are having a baby today or tomorrow .. most likely tomorrow depending on how your Dr wants to deliver. So she sent me up to the 6th floor L & D.
There I was put into a holding room.. now its about 12pm. I was hungry and thirsty... I hadnt eaten since 5:30 am when I had breakfast. So anyway... they callled over to my Dr... the resident Dr came in checked me out... at 2pm they inserted the cervadil. My Ob came checked in on me ( his office is across from Good Sam... convenient).... When they inserted the cervadil I was already 60% effaced.... so right away i started having contractions.... and they hurt!! So anyway I had to go to the Br #2.. a few times and it hurt... they didnt really want mew to try and go beacuse they didnt want me to push out the cervadil... I did wind up going a few times.
I was leaking water and I went to the bathroom at 6:40pm (just to pee).... and I felt the cervadil coming out. I told the nurse she told me to leave it and she will check it out. So i came out and she checked and oulled it out. At about 7:00 she did an internal.. I was a fingertip dialated when she pulled out the rest of my water broke. So tehy called over to my Dr office to tell him... my contractions were pretty strong still....
The dr had 2 patients left and then he was going to come and check me out. They started getting me ready to bring me to a L & D room. I went over at about 7:40. I told my aunt a L & D nurse that I really had to go to teh bathroom # 2.... she said no I wasnt allowed and told my nurse toc heck me out maybe I was moving faster than they thought. So they did an internal I was 8-9 cm! All within 30 min I went from a fingertip to that! Everyone started scrambling around... getting the room set up.. they called my Dr Told him I was having this baby soon... The resident Dr came checked me out.. she felt Baby JJ's head... I was flipping because I was so nervous and I kept screaming I have to push.. I have to push.. they were like no just breathe through them. The Dr got there at 7:55 started changing he came in the room at 8pm.. got me ready i started pushing at 8:04... I had 3 contractions.. 4 pushes each set and at 8:12 my beautiful baby was born!!!!
The baby is doing great! He is healthy beautiful and feeding well so far.
I am trying to nurse him... so far so good!
Jerry and I are in such amazement over him... I cant believe he is here already!!
I am so amazed at how fast and easy the delivery was!

Sounds like your induction was a good experience being that you progressed so quickly! Congrats again, looking forward to pics of your little one!
