Thank you for all dairy free cake recommendations!
I went to the Cake Gallery in Bellmore - they have BEAUTIFUL stuff. I got a huge cupcake "cake" and Colin his own dairy-free cupcake and he THOROUGHLY enjoyed it - nearly ate the whole thing in one bite. Honestly, I nearly cried watching him eat it b/c I was so concerned my little monkey wouldn't get to enjoy a yummy cake on his 1st birthday.
So I highly recommend that place for any kind of cake. Ck out their website - awesome stuff!

Don't they sell a brand of cake and cookie mixes at BBB that are dairy and peanut free????
