Thank you for shedding the light on the 30 day shred!
Because of your recommendations, i purchased the 30 day shred. It sat in its case for a few weeks before I decided to check it out.
OMG.
I sweated, got my heart up, worked out my whole body and was in PAIN the next day--all in less than 30 minutes!
I have been doing it for about 2 weeks now and on the days I take a "rest," I do push ups or bellydancing...
I feel great, my body is already changing and I am losing weight and getting my old tone back...
I love this board! Thanks for all of the great workout ideas and encouragement!

I too bought 30 day shred and its sitting in the package
I wanted to buy it this past weekend...but I live on the top floor of an apartment building.
I'm worried that I won't be able to do this if it requires lots of moving & stomping

I live on the 3rd floor and just do the jumping on a yoga mat w/ sneakers on. No complaints yet.

I bought this yesterday!! It definately kicked my butt and made me realize how out of shape I am in!! Cant wait to start seeing results!!!
