Thanksgiving dessert..need help on what to bring

OK I had posted last week about baking something yummy that is not too time consuming. I want to bring something over my ILs-who are hosting Thanksgiving. So I am thinking either brownies, some sort of cookies or red velvet truffles. Which do you think I should bring? or if you have a better idea..I am open for other suggestions.

Thanks!!

Of the options you posted, I would choose the red velvet truffles. They're different and I love red velvet!

So easy, so yummy and always gets raves:

Eclair casserole
2 small pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding (you can use vanilla if you don’t see French vanilla sometimes hard to find)
3 c. milk
1 tub of Cool Whip defrosted
Box of regular graham crackers (you wind up using a little more than 2 sleeves)
16 oz. Betty Crocker Chocolate Frosting Tub

Beat 2 packages of French vanilla instant pudding with 3 cups of milk unitl thickened.
Fold in 1 tub of defrosted Cool Whip
Line bottom of 9x13 inch glass dish with graham crackers.
Spread half of the filling over crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Spread remaining filling on top then add another layer of graham crackers. (Refrigerate for an ½ hour )
Remove the lid from icing can, remove the tin foil cover. Microwave for about 45 seconds. Stir halfway through. (this will make the icing liquid to easy spread)
Pour icing on top of graham crackers and spread evenly.

Refrigerate for at least two hours up to 24 hrs before serving.

These are delightfully dainty cheesecakes to make and give to friends. Muffin tins are lined with paper baking cups and a vanilla wafer is dropped into each. A lemon cheese cake filling is poured on top, and a fruit pie filling is spooned on top of that. A button of whipped cream finishes each of these delicious darlings.

Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2/3 cup white sugar
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line muffin tins with 12 paper baking cups. Place a vanilla wafer in each one.
In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs, lemon juice, and sugar. Beat until smooth and thoroughly combined.
Fill each baking cup 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes. Cool on a rack. Top with fruit pie filling. Pipe whipped cream or sweetened cream cheese into a rosette on top of each cheesecake just prior to serving, if desired.

eta: the last time I made these, I used cherry pie filling, strawberry pie filling, pumpkin pie filling and chocolate syrup and offered a variety of flavors. There wasn't one left!
