What worked for me is watching the video as I did it before I knew it the injection was done. The needle is really tiny, not intimidating at all. I'll be good to go tomorrow without the video.
I might have been more nervous if dh was home watching me lol.

Awesome! I love it when the needles don't hurt! Do you pinch the skin tight? I find that the tighter I pinch my skin the less it hurts.
