Your boys are adorable!!!
Go to the photo in your album.
Right-clilck on the photo, go to Properties.
Using your mouse, select the "Address"
Right-click, select Copy (or Ctrl and C"
While typing a post select "Insert Web Image"
In the empty box, you'll see a "http://", click in the spot after the address, hit Ctrl and V or right-click and select paste.
It's a lot less complicated that it looks.

Is Jake sporting a mohawk? I am doing the same thing with Cailen's hair... or, as my steodaughter puts it, a "faux hawk!"
