The Aunt Flo Waiting Game
I keep thinking I'm finally going to get it after giving birth in late July. I haven't breastfed/pumped for about 3 weeks now...
I keep getting cramps - but nothing...
I'm on weight watchers and seem to be at a stand still now - although I'm following it to the point - leads me to believe I"m retaining some serious water...
I know this sounds naive, but is there anything I can do to help bring it on???

We had our DC on the same day and I am still waiting!!! I too feel crampy, but still no AF! I am still BF though..

I gave birth in early July & got AF 4 months to the day she was due.
Not sure what you can do to bring in on
