Re: The Baby Borrowers
For some reason my DVR only taped the last 18 minutes of it
I think my DH taping the Mets game has something to do with this!

Re: The Baby Borrowers
She was ridiculous - she really looked bad. She had to know that she would be analyzed and for her to react that way was crazy. She acted like a crazy person and was actually scary.

Re: The Baby Borrowers
I saw 5 minutes of that show and was appalled. One of the girls dragged the kid across the floor by his arm and never wiped his poop off his butt, just changed the diaper. I can't watch

Right!! I think the general concept of the show is okay, but it's not realistic at all! These babies and toddlers have been raised by their parents and are now dropped off to some stranger for three days. It's not exactly the same as having your own child. You would know what they like and don't like, etc. And then when they have to raise teenagers I just think is ridiculous. What teenager is raising another teenager?

Re: The Baby Borrowers
I missed half of the show thanks to having Directv and thunderstorms..I got to stare at a "Searching for Signal" screen for parts of it. Why was that girl yelling at the end of the show? I have no idea what the mother said to her.
I agree about the raising teenagers. That is absolutley ridiculous. I can't wait to see the pre teens and the seniors.

The mother said to her that if the toddler liked the teenage boy better, they should have worked with his likes and had him spend more time with the boy. I actually agreed with the teen girl, though she overreacted--she said that sometimes you can't choose who stays home and who goes to work, and if the man is the one working, even if the baby prefers them, kind of too bad. The mom was kind of rude to them. For some of these babies it may be the first time away from their parents--of course they are going to cry, and it may have nothing to do with what the teens do.

Re: The Baby Borrowers
I think she got frustrated because she had it easy with the baby and thought it would all be easy. The swearing and ranting was a bit too much though. Also she got so pizzed she starts to pack up her things and go home? She needs to learn how to take critisism.
I think the toddlers were harder because they were more aware of the babies of what was going on and that they were away from their parents and with strangers.
