I am trying to be better so ate a delicious salad with a little bit of a lot of things in it. . . then a little frozen yogurt. . since my doctor told me I was a fatty and she wanted me to LOSE weight by the next appointment I'm trying to be extra good. .
but of course I had leftovers from dinner for breakfast a tempeh reuben YUM!

It's a place called Nanoosh ... I work in the city, think there are a few locations but I went to the one on 68th/First!
