The Children's Place and sizing

Do their sizes run big? I have some 6-9 month outfits that I got as a shower gift and their sizing online says 25-27" and 15-18lbs. My DS is 2 months old and 25" and 15lbs (but pretty slender) and there's NO WAY he comes close to fitting into this!

Re: The Children's Place and sizing

I love getting stuff their because their sales are great, but I think their sizing is weird. My DS has been wearing 3T and 4T this summer, depending on the article of clothing.

I can't even say the shirts run big and the pants run small because he has a bunch of T-shirts from there and some of the 3Ts are getting small on him and others are still very roomy. I just try everything on him and buy it all a size or two ahead of time.

Re: The Children's Place and sizing

I'm returning a few things from there without a gift receipt. Thank goodness they have a good policy with that. I just need a bigger size for a top and two pair of pants. I heard they run small too.

See, I find they run big. Most of his stuff is 12 - 18 months, but in CP he wears 12 months in most stuff
