The hardwood floors are done~See the last post for pics
RIGHT NOW!!
I will post pics when they're done!!
They're sanding, repairing the floor, staining and polyurithaning (sp?) it. We're going with a dark cherrywood floor. I can't wait to see it!! 
This is the color from the swatch...it looks darker on the paper, then on the website.
Here are the during pics...and I sneaked in a during the staining pic.

Sure, the guy's company is called Powerhouse Floor Sanding and Refinishing. His name is Erik Miller and his number is 631-225-9362. I will post some pics later tonight. They're done sanding and fixing the floor. Now they're vaccuming and will being the stain.

Looks good so far! Are they priced reasonably? We want to have our DR floor refinished.
For our Living Room and Dining Room, we're paying $975: Sanding, Staining, 2 coats of finish and moisture cure.

More pics...they just finished staining..the first coat...I'm not sure if they're doing another one...

Here is the first coat of poly...They are going to give it another coat and come back tomorrow and possibly the day after. Our pine floors are soaking up the poly.
