The house is in Forclosure and off the market....help me find it!
Ok so Dh and I found this house that we loved.....it is an absolute disaster but we see the potential in it. Anyway we looked at it a few days ago and were waiting to hear back from our agent about a few questions we had about the house.....so he calls us today because he was finally able to get through to the sellers agent and tells us it is now off the market and in forclosure.....the sellers agent wouldn't give anymore info. So the bank still has to sell it right? Well how do I find out about it now?

You can call the sellers agent and find out what bank is handling the case
or
Go ring their doorbell and see if the owners want to see their house to you before it goes into foreclosure....

I'm going to knock on the neighbors door tomorrow and see if they have a contact number for the sellers.....wish me luck.....I feel like a house stalker
