the kids in the neighborhood are making me crazy!!
maybe thats the wrong way to phrase it.. but they run around the streets SCREAMING (enough to make me overly concerned) HELP ME!!!! HELP!!!! SON OF A B!TCH... it makes me worried that they are hurt/someones trying to kid nap them/ or something serious is going on... ugggh this is what i have to look forward to when abby grows up?

Do you know the parents of these kids? Sounds like they just need to be told not to scream these kinds of things because people think they need help. They need to stop crying wolf.

ITA!
How old are these kids around? I would go outside and just mention that you keep thinking something is wrong and they shouldn't yell like that.

they are between the ages i guess of like 8 and 13... i dont even know where they live to be honest im new in the neighborhood and only see maybe 3 kids on my block itself and its not the kids i see on my block.. the kids screaming are ride their bikes around and i dot know where they're coming from. ugghhh im that neighbor!
