The Kids Kloset event
I know people were talking about on here awhile ago. Are the items in good condition usually and are they reasonably priced? I don't want to go to a consignment event and not buy anything.

Re: The Kids Kloset event
If you're talking about the kloset, I've gotten some good deals & I'm going again. Price depends, the better the quality the more $$$. Sometimes I've passed bc I thought the asking $ was too high for used, but I've been happy w everything I've purchased.

The Kids Kloset event
It's consignment, so it's priced by each individual seller.
I do the one up here in CT and have gotten some fantastic deals. I know our organizer also does enforce things like no stains, in good condition, and in season, as well as still in fashion (so no acid washed denim from the 80's LOL)

Re: The Kids Kloset event
All the good stuff, big items are gone before the public gets a chance to get in there and get them... I went to the last one and all the big stuff (outdoor toys) were gone before I got in the door and I went before it was open to the public. I got some clothes and toys but nothing else that I wanted..

Re: The Kids Kloset event
Items are in good condition. We purposely went on a Sunday, when most items (as decided upon by seller) were 50% off. There were new items as well (unopened toys, arts & crafts NIB). My husband and I went home happy, we were able to get stuff for the grandparents' house for when the kids stay there. No more lugging of various stuff. 'also bought slightly used shoes (soles didn't show wear & tear and were clean), and some clothes in very good condition. Happy shopping!

Re: The Kids Kloset event
I posted about it, probably in July. I want to sell at Chicken Kidz, for a few reasons but it seems that Kidz Kloset is over shadowing them. I am going primarily to sell but would love some good buys.

Re: The Kids Kloset event
please watch them bag your items. My mil had purchased stuff for dd last year , the person who rang us up put the stuff in bags behind the counter. When we got home 2 $10 shirts were not there. I got in touch with the owner but it took months to get replacements. They weren't even what i got just a few things i think she had left over in dds size. Lucky they looked cute on dd but im not thrilled with that whole experience.

The Kids Kloset event
I have bought and sold in the past few, and the quality is very good. I have had a few clothes rejected for stains that were so faint I never even noticed them! Prices are pretty good, too. they do have TONS of stuff. It seems like there is more bigger items at Nassau than Suffolk, but that might be b/c Suffolk is such tight quarters.
You can get into a presale if you are military, are pregnant/new mom, consign or volunteer.
